1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this platform only for legitimate administrative, developmental, and diagnostic purposes. Any use of our network tools (such as Port Checkers or Ping) for malicious reconnaissance, denial of service, or unauthorized scanning is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit abusive behavior, generate excessive automated traffic, or violate these terms.
3. Service Availability & Limitations
This platform and its tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Network diagnostic limitations (such as ICMP restrictions on our shared hosting infrastructure) mean some tools utilize TCP fallbacks or third-party APIs. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or uptime.
4. Third-Party APIs
Certain tools interface with external APIs. You agree not to bypass our rate limits or attempt to extract underlying API keys. We are not responsible for the uptime or accuracy of third-party data.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the IT Tools Platform or its operators be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the tools, including but not limited to server misconfigurations based on our tool outputs.
